A home, not a facility.
Real Care is a single-story family home in a quiet Clermont neighborhood, close to parks, shopping, and medical offices. With no more than five residents, it stays calm, familiar, and personal, and there are no stairs to climb.

- 24-hour supervision and health monitoringWe notice small changes early and keep families and physicians informed.
- Medication assistanceAssistance with self-administration of medications, exactly as prescribed by the resident's physician and in accordance with Florida regulations.
Routine, reassurance, and gentle engagement.
Many of our residents live with Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia. Our staff complete Florida-required dementia training and build each day around routine, reassurance, and gentle engagement. We work with families to learn each resident's history and habits so care feels familiar.
Home cooking, on a schedule you can count on.
Home-cooked meals and snacks are served on a regular schedule, and special diets ordered by a physician are honored. We plan menus with input from families and physicians, and we adapt as needs change.
- Breakfast 8:00–9:30 AM
- Morning snack 11:00 AM
- Lunch 12:00–1:00 PM
- Dinner 5:00–6:00 PM
- Evening snacks available 6:00–9:00 PM
Encouraged, never forced.
Residents are invited to take part in activities such as memory exercises, reading, puzzles, crafts, music, and television. There is no mandatory bedtime. We celebrate birthdays and holidays together, and families are welcome to join.
Appointments and transportation
We help coordinate medical appointments and keep the resident's physician and pharmacy informed. Transportation to appointments is provided by family members or an outside transportation service arranged in advance; we're glad to help you set that up.
Working with your healthcare team
We coordinate with each resident's physician and pharmacy and welcome outside hospice, palliative care, home health, and therapy providers into the home, so residents don't have to move to receive the care they need.
See the difference a real home makes.
Tours are by appointment. We'd be glad to show you around and answer your questions.
