You're part of the care.
Moving a loved one into care is as much about you as it is about them. We keep families in the loop with regular updates and welcome your calls and visits.
Visiting
Visiting hours are 1:00–4:00 PM daily. Family outings and overnight visits are encouraged; please arrange them in advance so we can have medications and belongings ready. If a resident prefers not to have visitors on a given day, we respect their wishes.
Communication
Call us at (352) 404-6699 any time. Families and legal representatives can also use our secure Family Portal to review and sign documents, see records shared by the care team, and message the administrator.
Resident rights
Every resident keeps their rights, including privacy, sending and receiving unopened mail, managing their own purchases, voting, and being treated with courtesy and respect. A full copy of Florida's Resident Bill of Rights is provided at admission and posted in the home.
